HOW TO MEASUREMENT

Measure the hand you normally write with around the palm at its widest the point in inches(excluding the thumb).Record circumference measurement-this will be your glove size.If you are between sizes,choose the smaller size.Gloves should be snug at first but will stretch.

CARING FOR YOUR GLOVES

1.If your gloves get wet,allow them to dry naturally and away from any external heat source, such as a radiator,hair dryer,or the sun.

For heavy soiling,we recommend the services of a specialised leather dry cleaner.

2.If the soiling is light and not dried in,you may try the following:

1.Prepare a hand hot solution of soft soap flakes such a “Lux”.

2.Gently sponge down the outside leather of the gloves with this solution.

3.Try not to saturate the leather and dab off any excess wetness with a clean dry cloth.

4.Allow the gloves to dry naturally and do not use any external heat source such as a radiator,hair dryer or the sun.

5.As the gloves are drying,put them on to the hands of the wearer several times. This will help to stretch the leather and restore the shape of the gloves to the profile of the hands.

3.If you decide to use a proprietary leather cleaner or conditioner,please read the product instrucions carefully,and be sure the product you are using is suitable for your glove leather.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Atlas Shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
